Guidance of Japan Home Hospice Association

Our Aim
Our aim is to provide sufficient palliative care for patients with cancer in terminal stage at home. Patients who wish to spend their very limited time had often been obliged to stay in hospital against their wishes. Interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and staffs for home health aide service from Japan Home Hospice Association are trying to enable these patients to spend their invaluable time with family members and friends at home. We also offer bereavement follow-up service for family members who are in distress in losing their beloved ones. This home hospice movement has been proposed and led by medical staffs, and we hope to be able to serve equally for anybody, anywhere in need.

Activities of Japan Home Hospice Association include all that promote home hospice movement in Japan.
